A small core team, with specialists brought in per project.
Black Clover Media was founded in Bengaluru in 2026. Two founders who do the work themselves, a bench of specialists brought in per project, and a deliberate decision not to grow an account layer between you and the people your money is paying for.
First name
Role
Handles strategy, search and the client side of the work. Years of experience and where it was gained — the businesses worked with before this agency, and what they take personal responsibility for here.

Role
Handles build, creative and media. Years of experience and where it was gained — and the part of the work they do themselves rather than oversee.
Specialists on call, not on payroll.
Agencies grow by hiring, then have to keep everyone busy whether or not your project needs them. We do the opposite: a small core, and a bench of photographers, editors, developers, designers and media buyers brought in for the job in front of us.
You meet who does the work
Whoever pitches you stays on the account. If a specialist joins for a shoot or a build, you are told who they are and what they are responsible for.
You pay for skill, not seats
The cost of a photographer appears when there is a shoot. It does not sit in your retainer for the eleven months there is not one.
One monthly report
The same six lines every month, in the same order, whether the month was good or bad. Enquiries, quotes, calls, orders, reactivations, revenue.
We will tell you to wait
If advertising would waste your money until the site is fixed, we say so and lose the revenue for a month. It is cheaper for both of us than the alternative.
What actually happens after you sign.
The same sequence every time, whichever services you take. If a step is going to slip, you hear it from us before the date, not after it.
- →A written scope with the number in it. Nothing starts before you have agreed it.Before day 1
- →An audit of what you already have, and a baseline recorded so month two is comparable to month one.Week 1
- →The fixes that need no debate: listing, tracking, broken pages, the enquiry route.Weeks 1-2
- →The build, whatever it is — site, sequences, shoot, campaign structure.Weeks 2-6
- →First monthly report. Six lines, same order, good month or bad.Day 30
- →A ninety-day review where we tell you what to stop paying for.Day 90
Three ways to engage us.
Pick whichever matches how you prefer to commit money. You get a written scope with the number in it before anything starts, either way. The three models are written up in full on the pricing page.
Setup, then retainer
A one-time fee to fix the foundations — listings, site, templates, tracking — then a monthly retainer to run it and report on it. Most clients start here. No annual lock-in.
Fixed-length pilot
Three months, an agreed scope, and a specific promise attached to it. At the end you have real numbers and a decision to make. No renewal clause.
One-off project
A website, a catalogue, a shoot, a rebrand. Quoted as a project with a delivery date, no retainer attached and no pressure to add one.
